If you plan on having breakfast there, don't count on it. The lines are always slow-moving and out the door. Bathroom wasn't totally clean. The showers are kind of old and they put up marble contact paper to try to fool you into thinking it's luxury. It's fine for what it is -- a mediocre 3 star hotel.

The hotel may occupy a similar price bracket, but in my experience, it does not offer a comparable standard of service, attention to detail or refinement. The emphasis here is clearly on eco-conscious design rather than traditional five-star hospitality, and I wish I had understood that distinction before booking. Service felt inconsistent from arrival. I watched another guest receive a considerably more thorough introduction to the hotel than I did. Throughout my stay, there were also none of the small anticipatory touches I associate with genuine luxury hospitality — even something as simple as assistance opening the car door wasn’t consistent. Housekeeping reinforced that impression. The bed was made, but belongings I had left around the room remained scattered rather than being thoughtfully arranged. Of course, I don’t expect staff to interfere with personal possessions, but luxury housekeeping usually has a noticeable level of care and presentation that was absent here. This hotel was nice in a sense. I went there for a friend's birthday and wanted to use the staircase an the lobby area for a photo shoot. It wasn't what it appeared in the photos, it very misleading. Rooms are cute. However, for the ladies there is no countertop for you to put all your accessories. The bar was mid and . The starlite lounge is cute but too loud to enjoy your self and actually converse with your friends. Drinks were were alright. One we had to send back because it was pure alcohol. The waitress seem like she had an attitude about it. The windows do open, however they are extremely heavy that you have to call the front desks for a couple of guys to come and open the window. Please do not try doing it yourself.

The property was clean and its location was perfect. Unfortunately, there were very rowdy guests that kept us up both nights and the motel has no security or staff after 10 pm to help. Rooms have no phone or alarm clocks.
