All in all good value for money in a good location. Pillows slightly uncomfortable though and have told the reception staff the same.

Overall our experience was amazing, don't believe anything you read online about any worries for travelling here, it's extremely safe and all the people are very friendly, overall this hotel is a great spot with friendly staff and great services, they went above an beyond to make sure my partners birthday was extra special, 100% reccomended and looking forward to staying here again!

A Deeply Disappointing Stay That Fell Far Short of the Four Seasons Standard I need to share what happened during my family's recent stay. I was abroad, and I had to get involved by phone to help sort things out. I've also been a Four Seasons Spa member for years, and frequent traveler to Four seasons globally so I know what the standard should look like this stay didn't come close. Check-In:Staff seemed surprised the room was booked through Hotels.com. One said, "We wonder how they booked it," right in front of my family. I ended up on the phone helping sort out the confusion. Not a good start. Privacy Concern:My family used their own key to enter the room and found a housekeeping staff member already inside, door closed, no cart or sign outside. Right after, another staff member came in offering extra toothpaste. This was after 6:00 PM. Entering a closed room with no warning outside is not okay, and it made my family feel unsafe. Check-Out Issue:We paid everything owed and left our bags with the concierge. When my son came back, he was told the bags would be held until we paid 70 JD for minibar items beer, nuts, and Red Bull. My kids don't drink and are allergic to nuts. After back and forth, staff admitted it was a mistake and released the bags. Each issue alone is bad enough. Together, they show real problems with how this hotel is run.

It was an amazing property with excellent service, and the food was outstanding. The location was perfect—not far from all the activities and shopping malls. I had an awesome experience and a wonderful stay, and I would definitely come back again!

What a great hotel. Location was excellent, accessible and clean. Staff were so helpful and friendly. I want to specially recognize the outstanding security staff - Hesham Alhaji. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and attentive. He was very helpful in helping me navigate the street and gave me some pointers. His presence, experience and seniority gave me a real sense of security and peace of mind, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for your dedication and outstanding service Hesham! I will definitely choose this hotel again.
