I was a tourist from the US. This hotel was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful. I needed to add an extra night to my stay and they were very helpful and accommodating. One of the staff workers, Nabil, was nice and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. The rooms were big comfortable and the price was great. They offered transportation services as well if need be.

Good hotel in terms of location. Good size rooms. Miserable staff, not helpful or polite. The spa is amazing, worth staying there for that.

well air conditioned, friendly staff. we left too early to try the breakfast, but they had a fairly roomy dining area so I expect it would have been decent. we got a free room upgrade since there were very few tourists at the time due to the conflict between Hamas/Israel at the time. For the price (55 JOD/night at the time for two twin beds), I'd definitely stay there again.

Incredibly beautiful hotel that is literally right across the street from the Petra entrance. Very helpful staff, Waleed who works at the front desk even took our car to fill the air in the tire after we noticed it was low. Housekeeping staff Hamza and Fahed also were very helpful as well. Very large and scrumptious breakfast too.

I stayed one night 10/13 , relaxing light to sleep in . Clean bed . Convenient markets and resturant in a walking distance .
