West London Pet-friendly Vacations

Very helpful staff, we appreciated all they did for us.

Booked this DoubleTree by Hilton based on Expedia’s listing, which falsely claimed onsite parking. There was none. When I showed staff the listing, they got defensive and refused to acknowledge the issue—no apology, no help. The room had no soap for hand-washing, which is basic hygiene. We had to call down just to get one. Water bottles were left outside room doors, which felt careless and potentially unsafe. To top it off, the building was covered in scaffolding, and planned works began daily from 8:00–8:30am. Our window front was completely obstructed, and privacy was compromised. Overall, a frustrating stay with poor service and misleading information. Definitely not what you'd expect from a Hilton-branded hotel.

Everything was great. The room was clean and very nice with great amenities. Staff was nice as well.

Everything was great. The room was clean and very nice with great amenities. Staff was nice as well.

For the two nights we spent, it was just fine. The room was quite small, a bit noisy as it is literally at the train station. Staff was attentive and welcoming.
