La chambre a été rénovée mais pas la salle de bain. C’est très propre ainsi que la lingerie. Le café est exécrable. Beaucoup de confusion entre les infos au personnel et les infos en ligne surtout concernant le départ.
Les infos de l’hôtel sont seulement en anglais en ligne et lorsque je demande pourquoi on me dit que c’est parce que j’ai réservé sur votre site
Le resto est très bien qualité/prix.
Bien situé si on va au Grand théâtre de Québec.
Taxi entre la gare du Palais et l’hôtel 15$ avec pourboire.
Excellent service du personnel aux chambres.
