It was a nice experience got bed great hottub just great all around. The only complaint is we were told the cafe would be open daily 7 to 2. It wasn't. We were there Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday morning it was never open. Getting breakfast in Gatlinburg is an act of Congress you wait half your day waiting in line to get in anywhere. I was hoping the hotel would of had something and they had nothing other than that it was a great stay.
