The almost $800 round that they initially put us in had a huge window looking over the parking lot. Almost immediately we also realized that the toilet was not working. And neither were the cards they had just given us for the room. The staff was very nice and they changed us to a new room, but strangely we had four more instances of our hotel card not working. Overall, the hotel went well, but it seems like this is much more of a Marriott than an actual Italian hotel. It felt very generic and cheesy.
