“Maria, Andrea, Derique and his wife (with a very old dog) were delightful hosts, who made every effort to make a stay pleasant! The hotel is very well located right in the center of the town (a bit challenging to drive to, if you have car!). And, breakfast was always great, with plenty of freshly made cappuccinos.”

“Nous avions reservé l’appartement 16 de la rue Salomone. C’etait horrible, beaucoup d’humidité (murs et sols), moisissures sur les murs, les portes ne fermaient pas tellement qu’elles avaient gonflé à cause de l’humidité. Le chauffe eau n’avait pas ete allumé avant notre arrivée et le sol etait super sale. Nous avons contacté le service client et ils nous ont relogé dans un autre appartement qui était vraiment mieux. Nous avons donc passé une seule nuit dans l’appartement 16 que je déconseille……

“This property is GORGEOUS and in the right are: not too in the thick of tourism, but not completely out of it. My gripe is with Wonderful Italy in general and the impossibly slow or broken internet at the property. Upon arriving to Ortegia two hours prior to check-in, the team was TERRIBLE at communicating. Before arriving they couldn’t let us know if we could check-in early, but once we arrived, they provided the worst directions to their office to store our luggage. We literally had to……

“Great property in the heart of town! Would recommend to family and friends. We did have trouble getting in and couldn't contact the owners but after some time managed to get in (the issue was an internet issue making it difficult for us to log on to get the code for keys). It was clean and tidy. ”

“Der Standort der Wohnung ist Top. Leider ist Sie schon in die Jahre geraten. Bei uns lief das Wasser, entweder vom Kühlschrank oder vom Abfluss des Lavabos, aus. Was wahrscheinlich den modrigen Geruch ausgemacht hatte. Der Wasserdruck müsste auch etwas erhöht werden, damit man sich waschen kann. Das Check-in wurde uns auf 16.30 verlegt! Ohne den Check-out zu verlängern oder uns irgendwie entgegenzukommen... Wir wurden etwas Enttäuscht, da die Bewertung bei 10 lag... ”

“Die Treppe ist hoch (was ältere Menschen oder Menschen mit Mobilitätsproblemen beachten sollten). Im Hochsommer nicht zu empfehlen, da das Dachfenster keine Jalousie hat, um die Sonneneinstrahlung zu verhindern. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung für den Preis hervorragend.”
