Free breakfast everyday, both including typical Costa Rican breakfasts, as well as pancakes for those who prefer a breakfast from home. The thermal springs were the best!! Especially the swim up bar (helps save money on commuting to other thermal springs as well as the entrance fee) Staff were wonderful! Sweet and helpful at recommending restaurants and activities:) Transportation from the airport to hotel was $225, so great to split between 5 people.

The couples massage was awesome- but they really need a phone in the car parking lot to call for a ride up

The room with the private pool was awesome. The staff was exceptional, friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant is great, the menu amazing and the service is word class. We can only recommend all activities they offer. The guides are very knowledgeable and make you feel safe and taken care of.

We had a fantastic stay loved the boat ride to the lodge, rooms were spacious, lovely big bathroom Balcony had a lovely swinging seat overlooking the river Breakfasts were fruit plus fish of your choice and was excellent Trails around the hotel were great to see frogs and birds We did a fantastic magical kayaking trip which is a must We visited national park to see turtles laying eggs, unfortunately she Borykng the hole before laying eggs but we did see the turtle going back to the sea and the hole shed dug, still a memorable experience A highlight were the iguanas lounging around the pool with us and the macaws hanging out in the trees

Ronny and his staff were so kind and accommodating and made this stay absolutely worth it. We were welcomed with a cocktail and had a custom ordered tasty breakfast every morning. The room itself is small (and no door to the bathroom) but it is all you really need. The secluded rooftop patio was our favorite place to be during sunsets. The restaurant is bustling but the noise dies down early in the night. The property is on top of a hill (car required) and is about a 10 minute drive to everything. Thank you for hosting us!

Spectacular hotel and staff. Five stars across the board. Beautiful rooms, great view, staff immediately available, good food, animals everywhere…. One of our best trips we have ever gone on due to the hotel and service.
