my favorite hotel in Condesa! except last time I stayed I was charged $50 for I guess breaking a drinking glass that fell off end table when I moved my pillow. I found that excessive....it was not a crystal glass!

great location in Polanco, generous rooms, although this minimalist design does need proper maintenance whihc is lacking at the moment. Staff were great - ground floor breakfast area opening on the street is lovely with a perfect buffet menu + delicious plates to order.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Great location! Really cool vintage decor.

I enjoyed the hotel. I asked for a quiet room and that is exactly what I got. There are a few things I would recommend to the hotel to improve. First the lighting....The lights in the living room, dining area, and bathroom were rather dim LED lights which did not quite give enough brightness. I would have been great if the living room had at least one lamp which could be used for reading. Also in the bedroom...the bedside lamps attached to the wall near the headboard were way too bright and undimmable, and were impossible to move to adequately use for reading in bed. Also, the only seating area in the living room was a very deep couch (which obviously could be used as a bed) but was not very comfortable to sit on. Would be nice if there were at least one comfortable chair in the living room for seating with a light for reading near it. But the hotel was very pleasant and intimate, and well located in a nice area with lots of eating options nearby.
