The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service and hospitality. A very special thank you to our Lihim Butlers, Ralf and Jerick, who were absolutely amazing. They were always attentive, kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They made sure every detail of our stay was taken care of and always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and special. Their warm smiles and excellent service truly made a difference. We also want to thank the entire Lihim Resorts team for making our visit such a memorable experience. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and professional. About 15 mins from main town but totally worth it to avoid the noise of the town. This place was tranquil and the staff was 100/10. Best resort weve ever stayed in. So clean too!

Book this resort ! Yes it is expensive but the experience is first class! The staff are amazing and so very attentive, bar staff were amazing and attentive, food was top notch and our beach front villa amazing! Housekeeping came twice a day and really did a phenomenal job! Cauayan is top notch from pick up in El Nido to the return to El Nido . Spa ladies were great and our 2 hour massages so amazing! Resort offers free kayaking and mask and snorkels to use during your stay!

I am please that they know their guest name to welcome as soon as they enter the lobby. I appreciate the coconut leaf lei, love the welcoming song, it does feel like second home. Most of all the farewell song, The staff still waving as the motor boat departed. It makes u feel coming back again. We are thankful for the anniversary greetings in the bed with wine and fruits inside the water villa. The tour guide were very helpful making sure I am safe and comfortable in the water because I am not a swimmer. I appreciate the guide helping in the cave and taking photos. We anre anlso grateful for the doctor on duty be because in the last day, we got sick having diarrhea and vomiting. The first aide electrolytes really helps. Everything is excellent. We had a good time and memorable experience. Thank you to all the staff.

Amazing place to get back to nature

Pretty disappointed. Like someone mentioned before the concept is very good and the property itself was also cool. But the room did not smell very pleasant (moldy), no soap in the shower, two towels for a 3 person room and they were all stained, the front staff was not that friendly, the wifi did not work once and neither did the TV- when we asked the staff nothing was done. I personally did not think the price I paid reflected the quality I received. They did arrange a wonderful day tour for us and the overall vibe of the hotel is nice but just be mindful when booking.
