No Refrigerator, no Microwave . Helpful staff and outstanding services.

An almost $50 per night for a room not in a hotel but a house guest, one can expect a minimum of hot water and a mini fridge with coffee facility but nothing of these at all. We initially booked the room for my wife and me and our 2 teenagers kids but at the last moment my kids changed their mind and only the two of us came to Puerto Princesa. The initial booking was for one night only but my wife and I changed our plan to stay a bit longer. We asked for a smaller room for 2 people for 6 nights and the initial payment to be deducted from the total cost for these 6 nights. The lady owner didn't want to find a way to keep us but to the contrary she was so rude that we moved to another hotel nearby where the room has all the commodities and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. I don't recommend this guest house.

Overall stay was nice. Place was quiet and staff were helpful, accessible and very courteous and accommodating. My only complaint was next time pls check the AC before the guest will arrive.Overall excellent stay.
