This is a wonderful, cute and romantic resort, staff is great, good food in their beach front restaurant, the breakfast is from 6am-9:30am, sometimes they offer buffet breakfast and they offer different buffet options/themes on different days, they also have a bar section, the restaurant is open till 9:30pm. You can use your debit card as well, they do have an ATM on the site, they did ask for a deposit once we arrived for every night we spent there $1000 Philippine Piso per night as of 2026 (which is about $16 US Dollars), did misplaced a hotel card key ($500 Philippine Piso) so my deposit worked on that and the souvenirs I was able to get with my left over deposit. They have a spa (didn’t have a chance to use their service) great pool! (They have 2 the bigger one is closer to the lobby, area section where I stayed). They have cute gazebo/kiosk by the big pool area and a hanging egg chair The beach is not accessible (maybe due to the low tide not sure). However if you want to see the sunrise the water does come up to the wall and you can see the fishies and small crabs. They do offer a van transport to the airport for a small fee per person, just notify them 2 hours before departure. I do recommend this place, it is family friendly. I found this resort through YouTube. Thank you Costa resort for the wonderful time, hope to see you again. I loved the cute/catchy tune when you turn on the tv and gets shows the guests names on the screen.

While the staff was very friendly and helpful. This place is absolutely not prepared to host guests. It is listed as a resort however, there is only one villa that is actually completed and the rest of the property is very, very much a work in progress. All of the other villas are incomplete and even the road leading up to the property is not paved. There is only one section of paved road right next to the only completed villa. It’s about 800 feet or so, but this place was completely totally abandoned and isolated. The views shown on the listing are absolutely correct and the views are amazing. However, this cannot be called a resort yet. We were literally the only people at the property because nobody else could possibly stay there. There were no other available rooms because none of the other villas were completed. They did not have a traditional restaurant in any sense and even what was described as the restaurant was at least 100 yards away from the lone Villa available and you had to walk down and unpaved Road to get to this place to eat. Even the kitchen window did not have a shade so if you walk out of the bedroom, you had to be fully dressed because there was no shade to the window and it directly face the only “road” if I could use that word. We were booked for two days but after one night we left. My wife also noticed bugs in the bed so we stayed up all night long. The room was not cleaned as we saw bugs fake eyelashes on the floor. This should not be on Expedia.
