Staff was kind, food was good. Rooms and hotel was very cold. All staff wore coats. Hotel was fully booked so hot water ran out many times.

I booked a superior room, but when I got to the hotel they gave me a small twin room.
Nothing else available.
Very uncomfortable mattress.
Never going back.
