I highly recommend this hotel. It is very clean and staff is very friendly. The air conditioning worked great and we were very comfortable in our rooms. The rooftop restaurant is very good and is very scenic. We had breakfast there and wished we would have had dinner there too. Good location. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best properties in the city. The bathroom was the best I saw while visiting the other shops/businesses. The staff is great; they provide a home cooked breakfast everyday and it is a spread for only one person cooking it! Your AC works great, only the room is AC. The bathroom is open air. There is no elevator and the the rooms are either on the 2nd floor or 3rd floor FYI. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Galapagos. This place offered great luxury and enhanced our stay in the islands.

Clean, comfortable, and close to the center of Puerto Ayora. The hosts are friendly and helpful and easy to reach. It was a wonderful week, and truly getting back each day and taking a dip in the pool before supper was a highlight.

Fabulous! Stephanie the receptionist is amazing!

We had either minimal water and/or no hot water at all and on the one day with no hot water the front office was closed Towels were old and had to ask for new one. Bathroom lighting was one dim light and a very small mirror Area is super noisy do to club across the street Breakfast took over an hour to get and coffee was cold and weak Complained to who we booked thru and they tried to reach the hotel and got no response

The location was great and very convenient. Unfortunately, our apartment faced the main street, so there was quite a bit of traffic and street noise, especially at night. It did make it difficult to sleep, so if you’re a light sleeper, I would recommend requesting an apartment away from the main street.

We had a wonderful stay here. The view, location, the staff and the amazing breakfast makes this place a standout. We were fortunate to be able to stay here for 4 nights and would have loved to stay longer. It has everything you need with the beach and wildlife literally at your door step. Shirley and the staff were great. Always a whatsapp message away with any questions we had. I truly can't recommend this place enough!
