This is very old fashioned hotel without upgrading in a noisy downtown area. I did not receive any any vip benefit even I personally talked to the staffs and gave them feedback. Overall, I did not received the service and benefit as a VIP member of expedia customer during the 4 nigjts in this hotel.

Lotte Hotel Seattle is truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the mix of elegance and warmth. The lobby feels modern yet welcoming, and the staff set the tone immediately with their professionalism and genuine hospitality.
My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering incredible views of the city and the water. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and every detail from the lighting to the bathroom amenities was carefully thought out.
The restaurant and bar exceeded expectations, serving excellent food and cocktails in a setting that feels both refined and relaxed. I also loved the spa and wellness facilitiesluxurious, peaceful, and a perfect way to unwind.
What stood out most was the service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make my stay feel personal and memorable.
If you’re visiting Seattle and want a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and top-tier service, Lotte Hotel is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to come back.
