Netherlands Romantic Vacations

The hotel was a great location , central to all the main sightseeing. Walked everywhere.Fantastic history to the building. Staff very welcoming on arrival. We were at the back of the hotel so no noise to speak of. Room was very clean at first glance, bedding fresh, and well decorated, nice modern bathroom with nice toiletries.Great coffee machine and tea facilities, also fridge which we used for fresh milk bought at a supermarket 1 min away. Hairdryer fine, I managed to dry and style my hair ok. Wasn’t a fan of open storage, wished there was at least one drawer for more personal items, lights so dim I couldn’t read in the evening! Rug was very stained and walls very scuffed. Although the room was clean on arrival, housekeeping wasn’t to my standard for the rest of my stay. Good city hotel for short stay!

I wouldn’t change a thing

Location easy to walk to the museums also great restaurants

Everything was excellent starting from the staff through the amenities the pool the sitiation of the gotel the big room the huge bathroom the location away from all the hassle of the tourists but close enough to enjoy the breakfast. Hope to come again soon

Such a nice hotel. In a super central location. The building is old, like all buildings in the area, but it’s really well maintained. The breakfast, which costs 15 euros, is very worth it. Freshly baked bread, pastries, yogurt, eggs, juices, coffee, fruits. Hotel had 24 hour complimentary snacks and coffee. Gummies and cookies. Workers were very nice. I would 100% stay here again, and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable stay, with character and luxury.

Definitely not 5 star worthy

Breakfast was great ! Staff helpful , location Perfect !

Beautiful and unique hotel, nicely furnished, very clean, super-comfortable beds and bedding. Everything was lovely and it is in a great location.

I loved staying at this hotel. Excellent staff, service, communication and helpfulness. The room was clean, in excellent condition and quiet, which is important for me. I will definitely return

The entire experience at The Toren was exceptional. The hotel was cozy, comfortable and located in a great area close to restaurants, museums, shopping and the central train station. Breakfast food selections tasty and filling. All interactions with the hotel team members were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is beautiful and at a perfect location, right by Vondelpark and a 20-minute walk to Dam Square. There’s also a direct bus to and from the airport which was incredible! The room was nice, the bathroom had a weird unpleasant smell and even though we asked the staff to take a look, they basically just opened a window which isn’t ideal when it’s freezing outside haha. We also found our towels and bed sheets had small stains on them but they were clean! The bed itself was super comfortable especially the pillows! Also the elevator was out of service for a whole day… But! I did love the hotel, the breakfast was so good and the staff so nice. Plus you can’t beat the location. Would for sure stay again!

Overnight business stay, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with a nice big bed. Nice restaurant area for meeting colleagues
