I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. While the hotel offers a great location, I was very disappointed with my overall experience given the rate. At over $700 per night, plus an additional $129 resort fee, the room was extremely small and overpriced. For this price point, I expected a much better accommodation experience. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration for future guest experiences. Very Disappoint!!!

UNREAL how amazing this resort and staff was. Booked the day of arrival and they were extremely accommodating/ staff was helpful and polite. Went above and beyond for us. Everything was perfect i wish we stayed longer. Will be back and will only stay here!
