I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. While the hotel offers a great location, I was very disappointed with my overall experience given the rate. At over $700 per night, plus an additional $129 resort fee, the room was extremely small and overpriced. For this price point, I expected a much better accommodation experience. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration for future guest experiences. Very Disappoint!!!

When we arrived and realized there were steep steps to the room we requested a change but one was not provided for us. We also were booked into a suite but there were no comfortable chairs to sit in. Getting to the common areas, other than the office, also had steep stairs.
