Czechia Romantic Vacations

Great hotel ! Prime location . Walking distance to the main square and all other attractions. Very well decorated , very clean , super friendly staff, breakfast buffet was amazing and the steak restaurant in the lobby is probably one of the best restaurants in Prague . I’ll definitely come back next year .

Very clean and extremely helpful front desk

Our one-week stay at Alchymist Prague Castle Suites was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s beautiful atmosphere, charm, and attention to detail. The location near Prague Castle made it an ideal base for exploring one of the most beautiful areas of Prague. The breakfast was excellent—fresh, plentiful, beautifully presented, and a wonderful way to begin each day. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing its guests with a memorable experience. A special mention must go to Olesia at the reception desk, who was absolutely outstanding. She was warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Her genuine kindness and willingness to assist whenever needed made us feel especially well cared for. She is a wonderful representative of the hotel. After spending a full week here, we can honestly say that the Alchymist Prague Castle Suites exceeded our expectations. It provided the perfect combination of elegance, comfort, hospitality, and location. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. Our stay was filled with wonderful memories, and the exceptional service—especially from Olesia—was a big part of that experience.

Using the spa area was awkward. Normally one gets a steam sauna pool layout for couples combined. Not here. In fact I’m not sure what was on offer !

Old style hotel. I was surprised to get a real brass metal key that is very heavy to carry instead of room card key. I haven't had a chance to eat breakfast since breakfast starts after 8 am on the weekend. Big space overall but didn't feel like it because room and washroom was small. Glass shower divider is not really helpful to block water to spraying out. Door was sticky so we had to call staff to help to open the door. There was construction going on in front of building now but it wasn't noisy at night.

Fantastic location about a 2-minute walk to the Charles Bridge! Cute boutique hotel with A/C, elevator, and updated rooms. The breakfast is wonderful, with an espresso/cappuccino maker, a variety of eggs, bacon, pastries, juices, etc. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful; all spoke English. Easy walking distance to many sights, including Prague Castle, Old Town, etc. We walked everywhere, never used public transport. We would definitely stay here again!
