Coffee was $11/Cup for small 8 Oz. And $25 for a prepackaged sandwich! 😳 Just ridiculous! Room A/C was so loud we could not sleep. Despite complaining, nothing could or was done to address it. 👎 Construction next door was load and dusty, rendering the balcony useless. 🙁 If we hadn't gotten a great rate on-line (Expedia) for this hotel, we'd have left to stay somewhere else.
5 Star Hotels don't have these issue. I'd give it 3.5 Star at best.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

This property is exceptional. The apartments are lovely, modern, and clean. The staff is exceptionally helpful, the restaurant was wonderful and so was the rooftop bar. There is an entrance to the mall on the 2nd floor. Easily one of the nicest places I've stayed in. Loved it!!!

This property is exceptional. The apartments are lovely, modern, and clean. The staff is exceptionally helpful, the restaurant was wonderful and so was the rooftop bar. There is an entrance to the mall on the 2nd floor. Easily one of the nicest places I've stayed in. Loved it!!!
