Loved The Gracie Suite! We absolutely loved our stay at The Downtown Post in The Gracie Suite! From the moment we arrived, it felt comfortable, welcoming, and peaceful. The suite was beautifully done, very clean, and had so much charm and character. It was one of those places where you immediately feel at home. Everything was thoughtfully put together, and we really appreciated the little details that made our stay extra enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely stay here again and won't hesitate to recommend "The Downtown Post" to family and friends. If you're considering booking it—do it! When i booked through expedia it said all fees and taxes were included in the price. When i check in, the hotel held $200 on my bank card and i said ok. No other charges were mentioned. 2 days later when i checked out the hotel said they billed my Card $49.90 in resort taxes. The $200 would be returned, the $49.90 would not. The hotel Stole $49.90 from me

We booked this stay very last minute to join some friends who were camping nearby (there was no way I could get our camping gear ready in time). I was so blown away by this property. I’ve been gushing about it all week, The decor was beautiful, room size was huge, bed and sleeper sofa were super comfortable and the whole place smelled like a spa! We were also pleasantly surprised at how cute and vibrant downtown Elizabethton was on a Saturday night. Would 100% stay again!
