The resort had great staff!!! The staff was very attentive as soon as we stepped out of the taxi we were greeted by Richie after that we check in with Karla in the VIP area as Expedia customers we had exceptional service.
Our concierge Oswaldo Diaz gave us excellent service and arranged a romantic dinner for us on the beach. We celebrated 30 years of marriage. We had our own personal waiter (Margarito) for two hours on the beach. He was wonderful and made us feel very comfortable.
We ate at Da’ Mario two nights we had one of the best waiters Jose Luis Rogar. He went beyond and above from start to end. All the staff were friendly and attentive.

El hotel es hermoso. El personal es muy amable. No hay muchas opciones en los buffets y lo que en particular no me agrada es que pidan el número de cuarto y den cuenta cuando pides una bebida o llegas a un restaurante si tienes el paquete todo incluido.

We thoroughly enjoyed 6 nights at this resort. It was low season and never once had to wait for anything! The staff made us feel so welcome and spoiled. The room and grounds were impeccably clean, the gym was well equipped. The bars and restaurant were excellent. Highly recommend and will definitely return! Thank you!

The staff is wonderful. The resort is beautiful. Our favorite place to relax was at the saltwater pool. The food in the restaurant was excellent - they received a James Beard award in 2024z. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The resort is quiet, very quiet. Walk to the beach, walk to downtown shops and restaurant. Or, you can do what we did - mostly we soaked up the unbelievable ocean views visible throughout the resort, and lounged. We spent a lot of time sunning and relaxing. Can hardly wait until our next visit!
