Decent hotel with comfortable bed and reasonable shower Wi-Fi was very up-and-down which may affect some travellers.
Decent but the hotel had a generally slowly sad and rundown air to it. Most notably lift was not working and the hotel doesn’t tell you that until you confirmed and paid on Expedia. I think this is almost unacceptable.

Room was not very clean. Lack of body wash and shampoo. Carpet was filthy. Bed only had a sheet and a thin little blanket. AC would not turn off. It was freezing. Husband’s towel had a long black hair on it. They might want to separate owners laundry and guests. Since 24” black hairs should not be intertwined in guest towels. The only positive was the gentleman at reception was a sweetheart. Very positive experience.

"Clean, nice pool and hot tub. Beds could be way better, back was hurting in the morning. The bathroom was really nice for its time, but could for sure use an update. We were sad to see the restaurant wasn’t open so no onsite food options."
