"Clean space. Comfy beds. Nice view from the balcony. Shops and food within walking distance. Nice pool. Good communication. Covered parking. Kitchen needs new cookware and knives. A/C in the bedroom only. It was difficult to keep the living room area cool for the kids sleeping on the pullouts."

"Excellent location, spacious condo and beautiful pool and gardens, with lovely shared covered BBQ space. Would highly recommend staying here. Appreciated it being set back off the busy road. We saw more birds around the garden than we even did in the Manuel Antonio National Park. Minor suggestion for improvement would be having ventilation above stove in the kitchen and more containers for storing left overs in the fridge. Bit funny having a bed in the living room, but bigger families or groups...

"Great place for my family. Fabian meet us at the condo and have us a short tour. He was super responsive. We had a small issue come up and he had it fixed very quickly. No complaints and I would bring my family back. Great location in Manuel Antonio it’s kinda of right in the middle. The road is a little rough coming in but that’s pretty normal."

"We enjoyed our stay! House is modern and nice. We did not use services of housekeeper because we only stayed two nights but she was available to us. She can do your laundry but I asked for access to do it myself and was able to. Pool was great. Road is rough to house and driveway is paved and steep, but manageable to get up. "

"We had a nice stay. The house is lovely and within walking distance to town. The walking path is on a busy road with uneven path, so be cautious if walking. The back patio of the house and shared pool area are lovely. The owner and property manager were accessible and helpful. Unfortunately, the house sits very close (25 feet?) from a very busy road. Be aware, cars were zooming by day and night which made falling asleep a challenge, especially for ghose in the road-side bedroom. "
