Uptown Romantic Vacations

Very clean; way more spacious for family of 4 than a hotel room (plus there was an in-unit washer/dryer!); quiet; super convenient for walking to see the Reds play. Parking in the lot across the street was easy and not expensive. My key feedback is that a pool was part of our criteria for picking a place to stay with our kids and while there is a pool on site, it wasn’t available for use while we were there. A very minor additional note: the shades were not very good—it was quite bright in the bedrooms early in the morning, which meant that our kids were up early.

Our rooms were not ready at check-in time. There was no wifi that reached our room. Those are hotel fundamentals.

Hotel overbooked and could not fulfill our reserved rooms. Checkin was over an hour late due to rooms not being ready. Valet parking was a disaster, overpriced and full early. Staff not helpful at desk. Will never stay there again.

Room was great had everything we need, heads up you have to ask the front desk to bring up ice but it was fast! No fridge or microwave in rooms. Needed room key to go up and down elevators. Hotel was great and one of a kind! Museum in the hotel was a plus!

Breakfast was good besides the judgy old lady working there when I got my daughter done food for in the room.
