Overall the experience was good at this resort, the pool and beach areas were nice and service was good at both, although the poolside can be a bit loud with music and activities from the resort entertainment staff. Most restaurants were good, although the Zen asian restaurant wasn't good food and made everyone sick after eating there. The room was nice, spacious and well kept, bed was a bit soft and uncomfortable. Staff were very friendly and available. There was some overall noise during the day as they are doing some renovations to the exterior of the building.

The property is a 5 diamond resort and they definitely live up to those expectations!
Clean rooms and well-stocked mini bar. The staff were attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The outdoor balcony on our ultra suite (6th floor, north tower) was TO DIE FOR!!! And both rooftop pools (north and south tower) had the best food.
All restaurants on property were 10/10!!! NOI, DAO, and Hiroshi did not disappoint or miss a beat.
