This property has a gorgeous view. The room I had was equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. It is fairly quiet. It is not on a beach nor near walkable beach. You will need to taxi or Uber everywhere. There are limited food options on site. I had Uber Eats deliver groceries from a nearby grocery store. No shopping nearby. It is located in an upper scale neighborhood high on a hill. I’m The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great! I only ate dinner there one time and it was very good. They bring one packet of coffee, one bottle of water, and one little box of chocolates every day. Felt like a safe area. The staff track the license plates of every taxi and Uber.

The cleanliness is amazing, but the food needs more taste. Fruit selection and drinks excelent, as well as the service from the waiters. All the staff very nice and with a great attitude! I would go back, but only if the hotel could have some kind of deal for cheaper transportation. Uber and taxis were very expensive.

We love this place! It’s off the beaten path, and out of the tourist trap. The people and the service are lovely. We’ve stayed many times and recommended to many of our friends. However, this last trip the pools and jacuzzi were cold, putting a real damper on the best part of the day. The jacuzzi also needed a cleaning. You are up on a hill with great views! However, this makes it not very walkable. You’ll take short taxi rides into town, which we did not mind. Rooms are big. Beds are comfy. Nice bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs. Breakfast is great. Fantastic views up on the middle, higher floors.

The Grand Miramar was an awesome stay! Staff was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel sits atop the the city so you are open to beautiful views. Pools were big and pool side bar was very nice. I will say that accessibility is somewhat difficult since there is very limited parking. In the future, I will probably not get a rental car as there was many taxis and Uber for $5-10 almost anywhere. Swim up bar was closed due to recent rock slides but I believe that was about to be opened since they were building retaining walls while we were there. We loved our stay and will look to Grand Miramar again in the future!! Also, a special shoutout to Raul at the pool side bar, he was very friendly and would often offer nice conversation and local recommendations for around the city.

We were a bit nervous because of the location. We were shown our room and the amenities. We decided to stay. Best decision ever. Staff were the best from front desk, waiters, concierge, tour info. We had a massage that was amazing. Pool area very relaxing and food they served was great and so were the drinks. We will definitely stay at Gran Miramar in the near future. Thank you all for such a great experience 😊
