Exceptionally clean room; beautiful location close to the Marina; staff was efficient and friendly. Bed and pillows were ok.

When we first arrived, we were given a room that was already occupied. When we opened the door, there was a laptop on the bed, along with dog food and water on the floor. We immediately left the room and went back to the front desk. What was most disappointing was the receptionist’s reaction. There was no real concern or apology, and we were simply given another room. This is a serious privacy and security issue. What if the guest had actually been in the room? The second room was okay, although there was one dirty towel, which we exchanged right away. Other than that, everything seemed fine. Overall, the stay was disappointing, especially considering the price. Mistakes can happen, but I expected much better customer service and, most importantly, better attention to guest privacy and security. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

It felt like some guests were being helped before others, and I ended up waiting until last to be assisted. I was also disappointed to find that the linens weren’t as clean as I expected, with a few noticeable soiled spots. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel and its location, but the valet service and linen cleanliness could definitely be improved.

Best BnB I've ever stayed at. Everything was clean and up to date. Toiletries supplied were above and beyond. The cats are great hosts.
