I found hairs on the bathroom wall. It would also be nice if the hotel updated the curtains and room furniture. Before booking this hotel, I looked at the pictures and was especially impressed by the bellboys wearing uniforms similar to the traditional guards in England. This gave me the impression that the hotel was classy and luxurious. However, the reality was disappointing. The bellboys were wearing polo shirts instead of the elegant uniforms shown in the pictures. I was disappointed because the actual experience did not match the impression I got from the photos.

This was by far the nicest property I’ve stayed at. The staff, from the bellhops, to the front desk attendants, the restraunt’s buss and wait staff and especially Jacob the Food and average Manager were all incredibly outgoing and helpful!

Beautiful views of the water, the friendliest staff and delicious restaurant. Will definitely be staying here when back in Seattle.

This is a hidden gem that we have discovered in Bellevue.

The hosts were amazing and communicated well. All amenities were as described. Environment is clean and well-kept. I am not a cat person, but they did not bother me and were sweet. The muffins were delicious! Everything met my expectations! Good-bye hotels for me. Hello "home-stay" with Dale.

This is a hidden gem that we have discovered in Bellevue.

Everything was a 10/10. We like going to Bellevue quite often so the fact that we found the perfect hotel to stay at when we come visit is a win for me!
