The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel truly pampered. The spa offered a unique experience—don't miss the Turkish bath and treat yourself to at least a 90-minute massage. The views of the Mediterranean are simply breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The beaches are lovely, and the pool, along with its amenities, is fantastic for unwinding. This resort truly has everything for a memorable vacation.

Our stay started with more than a 1-hour wait for our room, despite the check-in being supposed to be at 2 p.m.
The food and the internet are excellent; everything else is very bad.
The hotel has been renovated recently, but they fixed it in a very bad way. It seems time ran away, and they wanted to open it before the season started, as the finishing shows in the pictures.
Most of the workers here are not professional and are always angry for no reason.
Housekeeping is horrible; I have never seen such bad quality cleaning in any 5-star hotel before.
Honestly, for such payments, we expected much better services.
I don't recommend this hotel 👎

Lovely resort with beautiful grounds. Great facilities including gym, spa, guest services etc. One small frustration is the uncertainty about which restaurants and services are associated with the Gloria Golf Resort and which are associated with the Gloria Serenity. They are all so close together having contradictory rules on accessibility to one or other sets of guests
