⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ashridge at Smith Creek Resort exceeded every expectation! If you’re looking for an upscale getaway in the Smoky Mountains, this is it. The resort truly has everything you could want. The pool and lazy river are absolutely incredible and create the perfect place to relax, while the cabins are beautifully designed, luxurious, spacious, and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. One of the best parts is the location. You’re only about 6 minutes from grocery stores and everyday essentials, and within 10 minutes of restaurants, dinner shows, shopping, Dollywood, and plenty of places to pick up souvenirs. Even downtown Gatlinburg is only about a 23-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy everything the Smoky Mountains have to offer without staying in the middle of the crowds. What impressed me most was how versatile this resort is. During our stay, we saw family reunions, bachelorette parties, church groups, couples, and families with children all enjoying themselves. There truly is something for everyone. Whether you’re planning a weekend escape, a family vacation, or a large group gathering, Ashridge at Smith Creek Resort is the perfect destination. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home. The water park was amazing. Wonderful time

El Hotel está en una orilla de la ciudad de Gatlinburg, cerca del bosque. Pero puede uno llegar caminando, la parada del bus está como a 700m. Hay una pendiente qué subir, pero no es larga. El Hotel es tranquilo, limpio, no cuenta con recepción, por correo electrónico te envían una clave de acceso a tu cabaña cuando reservas. Tiene restaurante con horarios especiales. Estuvimos en una cabaña con dos habitaciones, un baño completo, sala con sofa cama, comedor, aire acondicionado y ventiladores. No tiene donde cocinar ni utensilios para comer, solamente vasos, refrigerador, microondas y fregadero. El servicio de WIFI era inestable. No hay alberca. Tenían falta de personal. No hay alguien disponible para atender a los hospedados, si requieres algo debes marcar un número de telefono o buscar a algún trabajador que limpia las cabañas, o a la persona que atiende el restaurante. Ningún día asearon la cabaña. Estuvimos ahí 6 días. El desayuno incluído es complementario, muy básico. No ofrecen ninguna proteína, solo fruta, pan, yogurt, jugo, cereales. Tienes que pagar si quieres huevos o queso o pancakes. Agradecemos la buena atención que Cyndi nos dio cada mañana en el desayuno. Por lo demás, la cabaña esta bien equipada y todo funcionaba bien. Pudimos dormir bien.

Location to Thompson Boling Arena was great. Staff were helpful. Old carpet in rooms. Small bathroom with limited counter space. Black out curtains in room were useless. The track didn't cover the entire window so you couldn't close the black out curtainat all. Light flooded the room in the morning making it almost impossible to sleep past 7:30 or 8 a.m. There was no sleeping past 8 anyway because housekeeping was knocking at the door at 8:10 a.m. and even tried to open it. Luckily we had the privacy door latch or she would have busted in even when we said we were still in the room. We travel a lot and this has NEVER happened before!! So if you are looking for a mediocre room with a check out of 11 a.m. but want to be rudely awaken at 8 then this is your place!

Everything was wonderful, Clean Rooms, Clean Property, Etc. Two little things, I was approached about a timeshare before I could get my parking pass(which I detest}, I am trying to relax and the cigarette Smoke coming from the apartments below mine were unbearable, I literally could not enjoy the beautiful view.
