"Helpful and courteous staff. Very clean and I felt comfortable eating there. Good breakfast options and very good dinner options. Coffee unfortunately was not very good but the very restaurant staff especially Beatrice and Nyash were very helpful.
They are doing renovations and the rooms in this stable wing are not easily accessible as you have to walk on the road and through a poorly lit alley to access that wing. Wi-Fi was very good and water pressure in showers was very good."
"Room was great and very clean. My issue was the bathroom which had a window that could not be closed and also water spills out of the shower everywhere. There was a lot of noise coming from across the street late at night. If you are looking for a restful stay this is not it! The food was very good and above all the staff was super nice!"
"The hotel situated just outside Harare centre has an excellent ambience with a central coffee/snack bar and well kept gardens around the small outside pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds were comfortable. There were a few maintenance issues with our room, but nothing to detract from the comfort of our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again for our return visits to Harare"
"had a brilliant stay , from the warm welcome to the sad goodbyes. Fantastically friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was very good. Will definitely be back."
