Complete construction site with no warning. They are building something great, but unless you want to stay in a construction site i would wait until they are complete.

Loved our stay

We have visited this property a number of times and each time it feels like the same complaints. The setting of the property itself inside the park is amazing and why we keep coming back. But the property is old and seems very out dated. The rooms have been renovated but they still feel very old and dated. The food is sub par at best. Do not come here expecting to be blown away by any meal you have. The buffet is very lackluster and at times it feels like the food has been out for a while. The staff at this property are very un accommodating especially the restaurant staff. They all seem to hover around the host desk and visit and anytime a guest shows up it’s a 5 minute wait around until the staff feels like seating you. The staff also don’t ever seem to have any urgency with any requests that are made. If you need a knife since one was not placed on your table prior to seating you could wait for 10 minutes. I eventually had to get up and take one from a table that had just been set. The grounds staff and room staff were delightful but they are not client facing at all. Seems like the property needs to put their current food service staff in the rooms cleaning and the cleaning staff in front of the guests.
