Det var ägarinnan själv som tog emot oss vid incheckningen. Mycket trevlig dam som gjorde vistelsen familjär. Rummet var stort och mysigt. Rent, fräscht och stort badrum. Vi nyttjade även inomhuspoolen som var stor och sval i det varma vädret. Vi hade balkong mot en fantastisk utsikt mot målgången i utförsnedfarterna i Kitzbuhel. Frukostbuffén var jättegod med allt som man vill ha. Ville du ha äggrätter gjordes de åt dig mot beställning. Tillmötesgående och trevlig personal. Den goda stämningen på hotellet märktes och gjorde att även gästerna pratade med varandra.

旅館位於阿爾卑斯山區,環境優美安靜,像一座童話世界的木屋,庭園有幾處位置,坐下來看書,喝茶享受一天的安靜,很能忘我享受美麗舒適的生活。 飯店的用餐氣氛很令人難忘,無論早餐、晚餐都是絕佳地點。 房間的佈置、裝飾和用品很能令人享有舒適的起居。 我們住了四晚，旅館很貼心將房間升等豪華套房、讓我們留下深刻難往的經驗。

整體感受還可以，房間內地毯疑似有退色處，應該想辦法處理，退房時櫃檯問我有沒有用飯店早餐，並表示我的訂單有標記需要早餐 ，但我記得訂房時，我沒標註需要早餐，不知道問題出在哪裡，這部分有點可惜
