This is a beautiful small hotel full of historic feel, family run, very nice! The breakfast is great, staff are all seems happy and helpful! Location is one of the best, 3 minutes walk to bus station , 4 minutes walk to town center with all shops and restaurants. We arrived early like 11Am, with just a few minutes wait , they let us checked in as soon the cleaning was done! Very kind, and the room/bathroom are spotless! Only thing is that there is no AC in the room, but with a balcony we feel fine!

The hotel has great potential! However is run down. Rooms can get humid since no air-conditioning. Hotel rooms are rundown....desperately need renovations. Hotel is way to expensive for what they offer.
SPA is pleasant, clean and staff is attentive. Breakfast has selection but mainly not a good quality overall....better off going to a local place.

All the staff are very polite and helpful.
The breakfast is very good as well.

"The hotel, whilst it looks fine from the entrance, is tired and in need of significant investment. The location is fantastic. Best part. We had a superior room with a fabulous direct view of Monte Bianco. Bathroom is old, dirty pointing around the bath, fittings at least 20 years old, broken dirty ..."
