The staff is very friendly and helped a lot with town guidance. The hotel has a wonderful cafe on the ground floor, and very comfortable.
The only small negative points are, there was no fridge in the room, and no tissue paper (I guess it's a very environmentally friendly concept).
During my three-night stay, I put the tag "no need to clean the room" on the door, but when I come back to my room on the last day, the shower curtain was totally disappeared. It was very weird and scary, and still have no idea whether somebody came in and took it out.

We had the joy of the Suite last time, this time we stayed in the lovely Oresund Apartment - we are in love with Parklane, staff is absolutly amazing & their front desk with Louise is 7-stars ;-)
