Nice hotel in a great central location. Walkable to all of Bilbao's attractions. Helpful staff and nice rooms.

Pool very cold and small- limited space in rooftop. Breakfast was just ok

location and views were good. check in experience was off- no one met us outside to help with luggage into hotel. while breakfast was generally decent, the rest of the menu from snack bar and room service menu was very limited and not varied. quality of food and flavors were disappointing. wait staff however were friendly & helpful. spa facilities wasn’t that great. pool jacuzzi was not hot and the sauna never reached proper temperature. and for a hotel showcasing view of the sea, very dissatisfied that it did not have an outdoor pool. lastly, we did not have hot water in the shower on our last morning before check out. all rather a disappointing experience other than nice views and rooms. i wouldn’t recommend

I unknowingly booked a room that was unrefundable. They did not allow me to reschedule my booking & I lost over $500. Be very careful when you make your reservation.

Apartamento céntrico. Es cómodo, limpio y con las facilidades adecuadas. Tiene varios lugares cercanos para comer.

Hotel was lovely, staff at bar/ restaurant were distracted with each other out back so had to get help from main reception just to pay but otherwise pleasant stay
