Location and cleaning were good. However, the hotel should clarify economy apartment is low level ground during the booking and website, not after the confirmation which can not be cancelled.

First and foremost, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful staff. Thank you for making our stay truly unforgettable. My daughter was here to attend her university graduation, and we chose this hotel as the place to mark such an important milestone in her life. Having previously lived nearby, I was already familiar with the location and the beautiful building—but what lies within is a world that only those who stay here have the privilege of discovering. The salon and lobby are both beautifully designed and full of character. Even something as simple as having coffee at breakfast was made special by the lovely women who served us with such warmth and care. And the gentlemen at the entrance were always dependable, gracious, and absolutely wonderful. This was more than just a hotel stay; it became part of a very special memory for our family. Restaurant staff are very polite and the receptionists are cool. Breakfast is good, room is clean and quiet

The breakfast was great. The hallways can be a little confusing, but the location is excellent. It’s very close to Victoria Station, and you can easily walk to Big Ben.

Check-in was clear and straightforward, and the hotel is located close to many shopping areas and convenience stores. The hotel service was exceptionally attentive.
