El hotel más bonito con el mejor servicio de todo brujas nos trataron como familia, como princesas lo único malo fue no quedarnos más tiempo

酒店相当好，里面有很美花园，特别是结着红红苹果的苹果树就在窗前，太美了，房间很安静和干净，地点离市中心要走几分钟，也不远，酒店工作人员都很友好，很想在这里多住几天，感觉非常好

The hotel is conveniently located near Dam Square. It is within walking distance to central station or hotel guests can take a tram for 2 stops before reaching it. The staff are friendly and helpful. When we first checked in, we were given a choice of either a room at street level facing the busy main road or a more quiet one at the side. We chose the latter but soon found out that the drainage in the bathroom was poor. Every time after shower, the whole tiled floor in the bathroom was flooded as water passed very slowly. The bedroom itself was spacious enough but, like most hotel rooms, was not brightly lit. The buffet breakfast offered a sufficient variety of food but no fresh fruit, only tinned ones. Stephen Yan

淋浴 沒有乾濕分離 只能在浴缸 且沒有拉簾 所以洗澡的時候很不方便。 這是唯一的缺點

員工很友善 房間又大又乾淨 有電梯 對飯店走廊的隔音好 但窗戶的隔音稍差半夜聽到窗戶樓下路人講話聲音 稍微欠佳的是入住的時候 櫃檯沒有人 只留了一張幾分鐘後回來的牌子 本來以為等一下就好但等了很久都沒人回來 如果這樣應該ㄧ開始就要請客人打電話給櫃檯人員 以及房間的門是用類似木框配紙片窗，木框品質不佳一直掉下來 且釘子都外露 有安全疑慮 不過整體來說還是不錯的住宿
