Love, love this hotel! Excellent location, super-comfy beds, and a lovely onsen. The staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. I will most definitely be back!

I arrived late in the evening, but the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location is unbeatable—so convenient for exploring the area. I reserved a corner room, and it was bright, spacious, and very quiet. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Great hotel in a good location. Staff are very courteous and helpful. The Onsen/public bath is excellent, with and indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Would have liked a cold plunge, but the steam room made up for it. Canal City shopping across the street with a fun nightly fountain show, and a few solid bakeries right next door.

Exceptional service. Staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Only thing to be aware of is the hotel is situated quite a way away from Fukuoka city centre. There is not much around the hotel.
