I don’t know if I just did not read the description properly but there is no free shuttle to the airport. Luckily, it is connected to the sky train and it just like 3 stops so very convenient. Overall, very nice and convenient hotel!

Luxurious and comfortable and central and best decision

This is a very nice hotel on the edge of the village. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the amenities are excellent. There is even a free shuttle to the local restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - asking us if they could help when we looked lost in one of the hallways; offering to accommodate food allergies as much as possible; greeting us warmly coming and going; etc. The hotel room was very clean and the hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. We spent a couple of hours in the evening lounging outside in the garden courtyard couches enjoying the nice weather, music from the nearby Play restaurant and the flowers and fountains. It was a mini oasis. Thank you!

Great unique place. Gourgeous!

Excellent central place to stay which exudes opulence. The staff will literally offer to help you in any way possible. Rooms are extremely spacious, clean, and well looked after. The beds are also extremely comfy. You can see why it has a five star rating. However there are two major elements that let the hotel down. One is the ridiculously high $200 a night Security Deposit. The biggest bugbear however would be the extremely cramped and very basic bathrooms in the rooms themselves. While the rooms are decadent and scream 5 star luxury, the bathrooms would struggle to reach 3 star status, and of all the hotel chains I have stayed in, even the likes of Premier Inn and Travelodge offer better bathroom facilities. In conclusion go for the history, the luxury, the staff, the location, but avoid if you want that luxury to extend to the bathroom. For us, the pros far far outweigh the cons
