Room was fantastic with large balcony and lovely comfortable patio set. The room spotless and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful and the pool was amazing with 2 towels per person. We had a lovely bay/sea view. Fabulous room facilities too

I enjoyed my stay and the hotel has virtually all that you need and to help anyone enjoyed their stay, the hot tub,staff and the environment were excellent 👌. I would surely recommend it

The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful sea view. The staff was extremely polite and friendly.

The hotel itself was amazing - the pools, rooms and grounds. Fully booked but still not too many people. Breakfast was great too. Other reviewers complained about a few marks here and there, which is silly because it’s not a new property so naturally there will be small signs of wear and tear but I actually think it adds character. So in terms of the hotel itself 9/10. Where it lets itself down is the staff. The lady who booked us in and served us breakfast was 10/10, really warm and helpful (they should give her a pay rise!). The other staff werent a bit elusive. Maybe because there’s a spa in the hotel, the spa employees seem to do their own thing and aren’t helpful but even the other staff weren't great (I wasn’t asking for anything crazy, just a towel or a bowl etc). Also it seems that day spa customers are given better service but not the actual hotel guests. No one at any point asked us if we wanted drinks (except the lady who checked us in) which is strange as we would’ve spent a lot more money in there. Luckily there is a store less than a two minute walk away that is really well stocked next to a couple of places to eat (a Turkish restaurant and a stall that makes amazing sweet and savoury pastries that were super cheap). Overall I would go back as the hotel itself is beautiful but they really need to sort their staff out. Like I said because the store is so close it wasn’t a huge issue but the whole experience could’ve been a 10/10 with better staff and service!

This is an excellent little hotel, that’s uniquely brought to life by its owners. As it’s small, the owners and their staff are way more attentive than would be possible in a large hotel, including giving tips on things to do and where to go to us Malta first timers. Zebbug itself is a small village, but bars and restaurants are a short walk away. Though the streets around the hotel are tight and the bolt/uber drivers we used occasionally struggled to find us. That said, the area is centrally located and a great base to visit places like Rabat, Mdina, Blue Grotto and Valletta (once we were more confident in directing the taxi drivers) . Highly recommended if you want somewhere with personality and hosts who genuinely care.

Great staff! Flawless execution

A very large apartment type room with a separate bedroom, lounge, kitchen and balcony. This was a great combination of self-catering facilities but with room service cleaning, and hotel amenities like bars, gym, and pools. Load of space for luggage and to spread out. The hotel was fairly recently built so in general looks new. The room fixtures were high spec and very functional (e.g. rain shower head, granite worktops in the kitchen, large balcony with full table and chairs). However the sofa could have been a little more comfortable. The location was good being very near Qawra and walkable to St Pauls bay area. A 24 hour supermarket is about 2 minutes walk away and excellent ice cream shop not much further (Il gusto del gelato). A good choice for families who need space and want the option of cooking a little as well as eating out.

Overall an excellent visit. Spacious room. Very soundproof. It blocked out most of the outside noise. Conveniently located to many restaurants. Walkable to everything. Definitely would recommend.
