I stayed here for 3 days. The best thing about this hotel is the staff - all are very helpful and professional. Be sure to try the rooftop bar for great views of the Acropolis at night.

Excellent little boutique hotel right. Restaurants, bars and shopping in the immediate area. Staff was excellent. They arranged transportation from the airport and to the cruise port.

Great front office and housekeeping staff. Have to mention the good work and support done by reception team during checkin process.

The property is located in a section of Athens that does not appear very safe. We were warned twice by taxi drivers to not walk around the neighbourhood after dark. We stayed one night and booked another hotel room in Plaka which although we incurred additional costs, we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation in Athens.

There was a minor issue with our room that we never noticed until we needed to shower in the morning. We pointed it out to the person at the front desk and since it was a sunday and te maintenance person was not working that day they moved us to another room. Certainly an upgrade from the 1st room we were in.

If you are not from Athens-do not rent a car, driving is crazy and there is zero parking. The hotel is lovely. Service is lovely. The restaurant is amazing, great view, excellent breakfast and dinners. The hotel is located very central to Plaka, the acropolis is within walking distance. Would absolutely stay there again.

At first look this hotel was beautiful you walk into the the building and it is stunning. Unfortunately we were not staying in the lobby. We paid a hefty price for a "deluxe room" to accommodate three people for two nights. We booked for one big bed and one twin bed. The man that checked us in was not friendly or welcoming. The doorman was great and very helpful getting our luggage to our room. The twin bed was in the entry way. Housekeeping walked in twice and woke my traveler that was sleeping there. The entire room was musty smelling and dusty, the t.v only had fuzz. And to add to the misery... the AC wouldn't turn on. The bathroom... the floor had broken parts and the door was moldy and squeaked and the shower didn't work properly. The soundproof wasn't very sound proof; we could hear the water running from other units. Our "city/garden" view was of the pool. The only thing deluxe about our room was the cost. The rooftop access does indeed offer a beautiful view. Our first night we had dinner at the rooftop restaurant... very expensive for average tasting food. I have food restrictions and very little on the menu for me. My traveling companions had options but they did not find it to be very tasty. Again, expensive! We had better tasting food in the Plaka. The lady that checked us out was friendlier, We were charged $40 for two soft drinks from the minibar. She kindly locked our bags up at no cost while we went to spend more time visiting Athens. Awful, genuinely awful!

The room was quite pricy especially given we were in the shoulder season. The rest of the hotel was clean. The pool was very small. The fitness center had decent equipment, but not a lot. The included breakfast was very good and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely going for a "superior room" albeit this is not a hotel where I think any room is a good value.
