Great place and location for Da Nang. It would have had 5 stars, except for the so-so food purchased at the bar the first night. We were also supposed to get something in our room as it was our honeymoon, but that never seemed to materialise. Only a small gripe though. Get the corner room on the north east side if you ever go to see the Da Nang Fireworks. My partner is not usually a fan of fireworks, but she thought it was one of the most amazing things she had ever seen. :) The bar on the 36th floor is okay for a visit, or if you love that sort of thing, but not quite our scene, Breakfast was amazing for the price, Highly recommended hotel.

Nice quiet area. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast covered all types food.

Quite a bit of bait and switch here. Be careful if you book on a Saturday night as it appears they shut most everything down to funnel you toward being more likely to pay the very high price for the Asian BBQ Buffet, which we skipped. I would strongly advise against the apartment rooms -- they're shockingly dorm like and nowhere near match the rest of the resort. The furniture needs a major upgrade and kitchen area include literally nothing where, at the very least, a coffee maker could go. While staff were nice, there were quite a bit of times where you would expect someone to ask you if you needed a menu, coffee, or towel....but you're mostly on your own. We were also not offered the opportunity to place a deposit and charge items to the room, which just felt low class. Happy Hour is good value, but the drinks felt half-strong. Breakfast was just OK. Standard to below average for the price point. The pool and beach access were a highlight. All-in-all, a disappointment. This could be a much better place. It gave us the feeling we had in Bali, but the little things and standards seem low. Choose a villa or stay somewhere else along this road that includes 100 hotels.

The Equatorial is a fantastic value for the money. The hotel is beautiful from the interior and immaculately clean. The rooms are spacious with new beddings and furniture. The staff are very helpful and friendly. One of the best values in Saigon and one that I will visit when I come back.

It’s first time staying at Mango Bay, it’s beautiful, serene and quiet. It has a lots nature surrounding the areas, it’s a rare experience for sure. The food is amazing, very creative and tasty; it offers a few local dishes and new modern dishes. I would definitely come back again. September is a windy season so the waves are high and loud, I would come back in another month of year.
