This detail that was incorrect cost us time, money and stress at the beginning of our trip. We weren't able to get in touch with anyone at the property or at expedia and we ended up having to cross reference google photos to figure out the correct name and address of the location. This took us about an hour to do in a Country that we had never been to. We are very displeased with Expedia about this. We still have not been contacted by anyone. Everything was exactly what you’d expect from the W brand — professional, polished, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, and both the food and drinks were excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and the temperature-controlled room made it easy to relax after long days out. The pool area was a highlight, with service available and a great atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to get around the city. Would definitely stay here again.
