Ac did not work in the room and the shower door would not fully close. Other than that the staff was great and the amenities like rooftop pool just awesome!

A beautiful, peaceful oasis in Tenerife Precise Resort was honestly such a wonderful surprise. From the moment I arrived, it felt less like a typical resort and more like escaping into a quiet, luxurious oasis. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lush tropical gardens, peaceful little areas to sit and relax, a lovely fish pond, and so much greenery everywhere. Even the lobby is gorgeous, with its own library and elegant spaces where you can simply sit and enjoy the surroundings. There was such a calm atmosphere throughout the whole resort that it genuinely felt like a proper relaxing holiday. My room was incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated, with so many thoughtful little touches. There was a kettle and all the usual amenities, but also tiny details like a shoe spoon and nail-care items — things you wouldn't necessarily expect, but which showed how much thought had gone into making the room comfortable. And then there was the view. The ocean view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and looking out over the Atlantic was something I don't think I could ever get tired of. The free shuttle into Puerto de la Cruz is also a fantastic addition, making it easy to head into town whenever you want while still being able to return to the peace and quiet of the resort afterwards. Convenient

This is a really great family hotel, second time here. Lots of things for youngsters to do. Maybe not so much for adults but keeping the shorties occupied is part of the reason for being here. Staff are friendly and excellent, any problems you might have(or at least I have had) get rectified straight away. Food is good, great variety and lots of options. Room was excellent, comfortable, well equiped and clean. Could do with more coffee sachets though :D Oh, parking can be a bit of a pain, you either have to pay to use the car park or take a chance and use the rubble strewn and cratered free car park outside. That's my only minor gripe.

This hotel and room were both quite charming. The room is big and the ceilings were very high. It's in an historic building and we'll cared for. I loved my room there.

Nice and quiet location

The staff are very nice and food/breakfast are very good. We arrived really late on our first day, but they save us food to have that night, very much appreciate it. Lots of choices with your breafast and you can have as much as you can. The rooms have aircon and quite spacious. You have options to cook, but we avail halfboard with reasonable price with lots of choices. You have gymn, tennis court etc to enjoy during your stay. Swimming pools are clean. I highly recommend it for those who wants to stay in Tenerife.
