I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the layout of the building. It was close to everything needed. When I came to the first room the fridge did not work, so the guy moved me to another room immediately. The office members were easy to find when needed for assistance. The pool was clean and the rooms smelled nice. The only area I was not so pleased was that there was no laundry room. Other than that my stay was perfect.

The exterior was a bit dated and had a slight "run down" appearance. The lobby was modest and simple. Nice staff. Room was a nice surprise, clean and spacious. Beds were firm. Needed more pillows and ones that don't seem to disappear when you put your head down. Just bring one from home. Bathroom set up was good for everyone in our room to have space. Breakfast and VERY SIMPLE. Don't expect an eggs and bacon or fresh anything. It's the old school continental with cereal, random pastries, apples, coffee and juice. It was a fine stay for the price, but I will say that I will choose a different hotel for my next stay near Ga Southern University.

I liked the upgraded rooms and nice TV. The room was clean and tidy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel was a very nice location to the venue we were traveling to attend. The only complaint that I have is that the heating and air unit needs to be ungraded as well. It was noisy and didn't heat that well. However overall a comfortable and clean place to stay for my visit Statesboro GA.

GSU Visit

The hotel is a little older, but the rooms are kept clean and comfortable. The owners are very nice and friendly. Made sure our stay was pleasant. If you're there to visit GSU, you're directly across the street from the university. Plenty of food options within walking distance.

The decor was nice and updated. But, The room was filthy! We found cigarette bits in what was supposed to be a non smoking room. The floor and chair were visably dirty and the room smelled like an ashtray. I would not stay here again. All I expect of a days inn is a safe clean place to stay. The staff was courteous enough on check in and check out but the room cleanliness was a deal breaker for me

5/10. The staff were nice!! I just wish the room and towels were cleaner. The website pictures fooled me. The towels were dingy and stained. We had to kill a handle of bugs. The faucet was stained. The bathroom shower curtain has stains. The notepad had stains on it from previous guest. If these matters were handled before our stay, it would had been a nice room.

Enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

The hotel is in the process of updating all the rooms. We stayed in one that had been updated. The furnishings were new and the unit was clean. There were a few amenity problems when we checked in, but Raj, the manager, took care of them for us. There were cigarette butts on the ground around the common areas, but some of them could have been from workers that were upgrading the rooms. The continental breakfast could be a little better, but it is included in the room price.
