We enjoyed Don’s patient explanations of the history of the home and community. He also provided us with excellent recommendations for dinner and complimentary tickets to a surprisingly outstanding museum. It was snowing and in the morning Don cleaned off our car before breakfast so we were all set to go. We have no complaints about anything.

I can't remember his name but he was working the afternoon of Sunday, 3/3. He was so friendly and recommended many dining/shopping options in the area. The pool was saltwater and so warm! Breakfast was great. This will be our go-to hotel when we come back to La Crosse!
