Weekend getaways in Inverness

Very friendly staff. Rooms siutrd our needs perfectly. Convenient location for our needs and wants. Great adjacent restaurant serving breakfast all day. Great adjacent bike trail w email rentals on path.

The hotel lobby and unit were clean. Good layout in the hotel room. Queen bed had just 3 pillows, that seemed unusual, bed was firm. This was a first time stay at WoodSprings so I did not realize there was not a coffee maker in the room. Staff was excellent, made check in and check out very easy, both were personable. We liked that it was set back from the highway and had woods behind it. The location is between Inverness and Crystal River so there are lots of fun things to do in the area.

We had a great stay and the people were very friendly!

We booked this as a stop over before our final destination in Gainesville. We arrived at 11:30 pm and were welcomed by Joe by name. He was so friendly and amazing, a real asset to the brand. Our room was comfortable, clean and breakfast reliably good as it always is with Hampton Inn. The only issue is they are doing serious construction on the Main Street the hotel is located on and it was hard to find the turn in. That of course is not the fault of the hote and will be temporary.

Beautiful room! We were visiting friends in Homosassa; we were late checking in but were contacted prior to getting there letting us know the office would be closed but could go to Restaurant/Bar to get key to room. The room was very clean and beautiful, king bed was comfortable; will definitely stay again if in area.

We arrived late after driving for ten hours. Too bad for us, because it would have been nice to take advantage of the pool and workout facilities! All we wanted to do was sleep, and the room was clean and comfortable, the air temp was perfect, and bed very comfy! After waking well rested, we had a very good breakfasts! We highly recommend this hotel!

We have been to the Crystal River area a few times, but this was our first time staying at Kings Bay Lodge. We picked this place because it was on the water and close to the springs. The room was decorated nicely and very quite at night. If you're bringing you own paddle board or kayak it's not a far paddle to the springs. This is the way hotels should be Marriott has build a niche that has been sadly missing in the market. This is a place where dogs are welcome and happy and their owners are delighted. The place is immaculately clean the staff is beyond excellent. I love being there and I can’t wait to go back again.

The property was very upscale for the price. The managers were helpful and friendly. The location was very walkable to the downtown, with many shops and restaurants.

Wonderful stay! Bed was SO comfortable and we LOVED the horses/dogs. Thank you!
