Very clean. Friendly staff. Great location. Quiet. Easy walk for dining and shopping.

Its rare that you find a hotel with amazing services, great food, and comfortable. All the staff memebers were friendly and showed great customer service. The hotel was amazing and comfortable. It was beautiful and quiet. The newly remodled rooms made you not want to leave. The town it was located in was cozy with great food. When I return I would definitely choose this hotel again. I think the staff and the comfort of the rooms made it top notch!

The property was rather nice. My only gripe was there was only 2 luggage dollies. My family stayed for 4 nights, had about bags, and the morning we were to check out other guests had kept the dollies in their rooms from the night before. I have a bad back and shoulder and this was really a pain.

The beds are super comfortable and the staff are excellent.

We stay here any time we are vacationing in the area. Very clean and convenient location. The room is always clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom is outstanding. Highly recommended.

The motel is as it says. It was a basic motel. Clean and comfortable. You can tell the owners take pride in the place. Would stay here again.

Thoughtfully and Beautifully Restored!!! So nice to be able to stay and to dine once again at the historic Jarrett House. Staff were incredible and the property is immaculately clean. Hospitality was incredible. Delicious breakfast and wonderful service. Fall decorations and period antiques throughout. Outside fireplace was such a nice touch as well. Nicest place to stay in the areas bar none.

We found the cabin to be a restful spot. Hot tub waa nice.

Very rustic and perfect for my mountain stay. I left the windows open to listen to the stream at night. I hated to leave. I travel frequently and this place was the best experience I’ve had even compared to 400 bux a night motels in the city. The staff were all extremely nice… and it was located in a perfect place for sightseeing!!!!

Loved it! A large mountain home. Plenty of space for family movie and game night. Large hot tub. The sunroom off the master is where I spent most of my time. Wall to wall windows put you relaxing in the trees. The backyard stairs go into the water. So much fun.

We spent 3 lovely nights with John and Debbie while in Waynesville to attend a wedding. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. When we departed early this morning Debbie packed us a breakfast snack to enjoy on the way back to the airport. We would recommend Love Lane to anyone who wants to explore the mountains of western North Carolina and stay in a beautiful house with a wonderful couple. Pete and Jeanne from MA

The property was so amazing! We absolutely loved the showers and the decor of the room was very modern and comfortable. We will definitely stay again next time we're in Maggie Valley.

Husband and I were visiting area for the night and this place was wonderful! Very clean and cute place to stay. I would’ve never known about the little gem if not for hotels.com…..definitely will stay again in the future!

I’d go back every month if I had the time.
