The hotel is very well located in the middle of Rome close to many important and interesting sites. The stuff was amazing every each and one of them especially Luca who gave us really personal treatment and helped us in everything we needed. The hotel has 2 problems. One that the keys to the room are working for only one time and we had to get them fixed at the reception everyday sometimes more than once in one day. Front desk staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Starting from a warm welcome, explaining benefits that came with our booking, recommending great restaurants in the vicinity, to booking a car in the early morning hours to Rome airport. Room while small was clean and comfy, and the location close to sights like the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc. is unbeatable! Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were excellent. Very welcoming and friendly. They provided tips on restaurants and arranged a taxi to the airport. The hotel has a small cafe with a coffee machine, biscuits (i.e. cookies) and orange juice. We had one day in Rome, the hotel's made it very convenient to see the sights.

My stay at the Hotel L’Orologio Roma was perfect. This small hotel is centrally located, providing walking access to many of Rome’s treasures. The room and interior spaces appear to be newly redone. The watch/clock motif adds special charm. The staff were uniformly helpful and fluent in English. This hotel has a stunning rooftop cocktail bar/restaurant with views of central Rome. Riiiight in the thick of it but even our room on the 2nd floor was very quiet. Great service and staff was very friendly!

The room was clean and nice. The only thing that could be difficult for some is that you have to kcrawl up on the bed from the foot o which could be difficult if you have mobility isdues. We loved the area with lots of close restaurants and we walked to all major sites. The rooftop bar was lovely!

I booked this hotel last minute and was thrilled with my selection. The staff was helpful, kind and eager to assist us. Giorgio, the concierge, went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. The hotel is lovely and we appreciated the complimentary phone for use while staying at the property. The location was great, within walking distance of most of the beautiful Roman sites, and lots of delicious local restaurants nearby.A true gem and we hope to visit there again!

This hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff could not have been more hospitable and accommodating. We were on the 6th floor with a gorgeous view of the Pantheon and the skyline.
