Weekend getaways in Seaside Heights

Great location near beach and boardwalk! Super friendly staff! Very clean apartment. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for one night only and the staff was very accommodating with our later arrival time. Room was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful shore motel!! 1 block away from Lucky Leos on the boardwalk. Breakfast is only steps away. Room was an efficiency with a stove, microwave and fridge. Staff was excellent! Free parking onsite, as well as pool. Room was CLEAN and peaceful. Doors lock securely unlike other cheaper motels. I WILL be staying here again and again when visiting seaside. BEST motel ive been in this year! THANK YOU Franklin Terrace for an awesome experience!!

it was the best night down the shore I've had in years!

We wanted a clean hotel near the beach and we found it here. I've stayed in many hotels and this one was one of the cleaner ones. I felt as if I got what I paid for. The staff was so nice, I would go back simply because I felt like I was at home. They allowed me to keep my car at the hotel the day we checked out so we could enjoy the beach...with their beach passes. the floor of the room we stayed in was tile, not gross carpet! the only complaint i had would have been our loud and rude hotel...

Room was roomy for 4 adults and 1 child , close to everything . Staff was friendly , we would return

we were very happy with the house, it's proximity to everything of interest, and would recommend it.

Great stay! Highly recommend.

very nice owner, wonderful breakfast servings, clean and very comfortable beds and view of surroundings.

The place is very clean especially their rooms. Very friendly people/staffs.

The room was extremely clean. The water pressure in the shower was very strong. There was plenty of parking. The staff were friendly. The location was great with close proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and fishing boat moorings.

The rooms are clean and well kept up. I saw reviews that the rooms are outdated and not kept up. Jersey Motels being by the ocean are extremely hard to maintain because of the salt in the air. Does much damage. I have been in motels all over the jersey shore that have mildew smelling everything in the room. These guys do A GREAT JOB OF KEEPING UP WITH THE ROOMS. The staff was all class. The location is Perfecto ! It is at the end of the boardwalk by the Sawmill bar and restaurant....

The staff was super nice. Great cocktals in the bar. Didn't eat in the Hotel but others said the food was good.

This place was the best. I came here for a concert in Asbury Park. Very clean, quiet inn. Nice breakfast, 2 blocks from the beach. Can't beat it!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. We called around 11 to ask if we can check in early and we were told that our room was ready and we can check in at any time. Upon arriving, we were greeted with warm smiles. We were offered coffee or tea as well as croissants and scones free of charge. We were then given a small tour of the space and escorted to our room. The rooms are small and cozy with beautiful brand new bathrooms. Every detail was thought about right down to the in...

My Boyfriend and I stayed here 4 nights of Valentines weekend and loved it. The room had a fireplace, two balconies over looking the park/lake, a deep soaking tub (though NOT for two), and a very comfy bed. It was a great and romantic place to lounge and relax. Breakfast was continental style but very good, lemonade and iced tea with cookies every afternoon and tea and coffee 24 hours all in a pretty sunny room with fireplace. The Inn is older and shows some wear but is updated well enough, and...

Nice quiet Jersey Shore motel. Within walking distance of boardwalk and beach. Small pool was perfect for a quick dip. Fantastic stay!
